Organizational Transformation
When we launched the Leaders Collaborative in 2007 with 12 senior leaders, we quickly realized that we had tapped a need inside organizations to offer customized transformational and developmental work.
Cultures of Purpose, Engagement and Servanthood
Two of our pilot cohort participants approached us to see if we might serve their organizations by bringing a customized Leaders Collaborative process to their own executive teams. As we began to work with these teams in late 2007, it became apparent that there is a hunger inside organizations- both enterprise level and entrepreneurial- to create values-driven cultures of purpose, engagement, and servanthood.
Inside-out & Upside-down Approach
"Inside-out" means that broad prescriptive programs are discarded in favor of the equipping and development of key partnerships, alliances and teams.
- Executive level partnerships are established that set direction and help create the structures and systems that allow people to function effectively
- Community is built by creating an environment where people experience
- Acceptance
- Belonging
- Contribution
- When these two things get operationalized then teams and alliances are built that get things done!
Cultivating Hope, Excellence and Calling
- Hope
The creation of new structures brings the confidence that things can be different. - Excellence
Sets the pace where each individual is valued for their unique strengths - Calling
The organization offers deep alignment or purpose and shared meaning
By cultivating communities of Hope, Excellence, and Calling, the organization is positioned to out-innovate and out-perform in the marketplace.
