The Leaders Collaborative Initiative
The Leaders Collaborative is a 6 month cohort that begins in either January or September with the purpose of bringing people together to deepen their understanding of calling, community and cultural transformation. The cohort consists of senior "C-Level" leaders from the marketplace and social sector. The Leaders Collaborative creates the necessary space for a leader to grow as individuals and to consider how to grow their organizations as well.
The Great Paradox
The Leaders Collaborative is based on the leadership principles of Jesus who was the ultimate Serving Leader. Jim Collins' landmark "Good to Great" research called these kinds of leaders "Level 5 Leaders" and described their unique and paradoxical combination of humility and fierce integrity. We call them "Serving Leaders".
Breakthrough Goal
Designed to build deep leadership friendships and communities, the Leaders Collaborative experience is rich in highly experiential learning, engaging content and facilitation, and deep community building. It culminates in a "Breakthrough Goal" designed to press the participants past their current comfort zone as they understand how to expand their influence for Kingdom transformation in their communities and cities in new and dynamic ways.
