We are convinced that every person and every institution, large and small, from a nation to a family, exists not only for its own sake, but also to contribute to the common good of all people. We also believe that leadership can make or break any organization’s chances to make its best contribution—to fulfill its Great Purpose.

What we do, how we do it, with whom and why all matters to the God who made us and called us into His Kingdom-building business. Serving Leaders works to equip, connect and mobilize leaders to serve that business in every sphere of influence in our city.
We create conditions for personal and organizational transformation which in turn lead to serious impact for the common good. We know that persons are not able to cultivate their own potential, but helping one another allows community to form and thrive.
At Serving Leaders we help leaders Awaken Great Purpose by getting clear on your specific strengths, your opportunities for influence, your values, and your place in the larger story.
