Our Commitment to the Advancement of God's Reign on Earth
Serving Leaders is committed to the advancement of God's reign on earth—to the Kingdom of God—which Jesus inaugurated. God's reign is made real when truth, beauty, justice, goodness and human flourishing gain greater ground in our cities and communities. God's reign—His Kingdom—advances when human beings rise up into the dignity and capability for which they were created. We know that God's Kingdom is gaining ground when these qualities uplift those Jesus called "the least of these," children, the poor, those who are most vulnerable.
Serving Leaders Serves Leaders
Many of us in leadership are not as clear as we need to be about our purpose on earth—our calling. Many of us are not as effective as we need to be in our leadership—our influence. Many of us need help to get the good ideas stuck in our minds and heart unstuck so they can contribute to the world—our legacy. And many of us are too isolated from other leaders and colleagues that we could help and be helped by—our friendships.
